Sonidos Evaluation and Therapy Services, LLC is a bilingual speech and language practice that provides individualized services based in the New York City and Connecticut, Fairfield County areas.
Our model of therapy is designed for the clinician to work collaboratively with parents, teachers and healthcare providers to ensure maximum success and carry-over of language skills and communication tools that can be applied in any environment. Therapy sessions are provided in English or Spanish, depending on your child’s native language.

Consultations
If your child has already had a comprehensive speech and language evaluation completed within the past 6 months, a consultation via telehealth, phone or in-person can determine therapy services. Additionally, formal and informal testing without a written report can be completed to determine if Sonidos Speech Therapy is the right fit for you and your child. We offer free 15 minute consultations to determine next steps.

Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed and certified speech and language evaluator to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and another language, and licensed to practice in Connecticut. Responsibilities include conducting bilingual evaluations for clients across various age groups, accurately assessing language skills, and preparing detailed evaluation reports.
Requirements:
- Valid speech and language pathology license in Connecticut
- Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Proficiency in English and another language
- Experience conducting bilingual evaluations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
